Frequently Asked Questions
1. What insurances do you accept?
We accept traditional Medicaid, CHIP, and most Medicaid-based insurances. We always recommend checking our
Accepted Insurances list to see if yours is listed. We do accept private pay on a case-by-case basis, and will soon be adding several private insurances.
2. Do you have therapists in my area?
Circle of Care provides therapy services throughout San Antonio, Dallas-Ft. Worth, Austin, Houston, El Paso & Corpus Christi. Our Coverage Map includes a list of counties we currently service. If you do not see your area or have any questions, feel free to ask through the contact form or call us toll free at 877.434.4317.
3. What do I need to provide?
Our Parent Contact Form will ask for most of the information we need in order to process your request. This includes your child’s Medicaid number, doctor’s information, and the best way to reach you. The more information you can provide the quicker we can being to process your child.
4. What is the process?
Once we receive all of the information we need from you, we will contact your doctor’s office for a referral. If it has been a while since your child has been seen, your doctor may ask you to schedule an appointment before they provide the referral. At the visit just explain that you would like your child to be treated by Circle of Care.
5. What does home healthcare mean?
Home healthcare means that our therapists travel to you instead of you having to drive to your appointment at a clinic multiple times a week. We are here to help your child and will see them at the time and place that is most convenient for you and your family.
Besides making the therapy process easier, home health is beneficial since children feel more comfortable in their homes or daycares and in some cases they will show faster progress than is they are taken to a clinic that they have never been to before.
6. How long have you been in business?
Circle of Care has been providing services since 2007.
7. Do you provide bilingual services?
Yes, we have Spanish speaking office staff and therapists to handle all of your child’s needs. We have the ability to hire translators for other languages based on availability.
8. How often can you provide services?
Depending on the insurance coverage the child has, we can see them up to 3 times a week.
Once we have approval from your doctor and insurance company we will schedule an evaluation for your child. From there we will determine if your child needs treatment and create a plan of care specific for your child’s developmental needs. To provide the most effective results, we treat your
child in the comfort of your home.
