Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to frequently asked questions about our pediatric therapy services, accepted insurance, onboarding process, and more. If you have further questions, don’t hesitate to contact us.

Is pediatric therapy covered by insurance?

Pediatric speech, occupational, and physical therapy are covered by most insurance plans when medically necessary. Circle of Care is in-network with most Medicaid plans as well as many commercial insurance plans. Commercial policies may vary and coverage is dependent on your individual plan.

How do I get started with services for my child?

Complete the Get Treatment Now form on our website or give us a call. Our team will walk you through the process and collect the information needed to obtain a referral from your doctor’s office. Some insurance plans require a recent visit to the pediatrician, or physicians may prefer to see your child for a visit before providing the referral. At the visit, you can simply explain that you'd like your child to receive services with Circle of Care.

Do you have therapists in my area?

Circle of Care provides pediatric therapy services throughout the state of Texas in San Antonio, Dallas-Ft. Worth, Austin, Houston, and beyond. We are continuing to expand and serve more children and families in need. If you don't see your area listed, feel free to reach out through our contact form to let us know where Circle of Care should go to next!

What age range of children do you work with?

We treat children ages 0-20 years.

How long and how often will my child need therapy?

Since all treatment is individualized, duration and frequency of treatment will be determined by your child's specific needs. Once the therapist has completed the initial assessment, the results and recommendations for services will be reviewed with you.

Do you provide bilingual services?

Yes, we have Spanish speaking office staff and therapists to assist with all of your child’s needs. We are also happy to hire a translator for other languages based on availability.
